Do I need medical records for the first message?
No. A brief introduction is enough. If further consideration is appropriate, we explain what is needed and how to share it. Please do not include diagnoses, detailed health information or attachments at first contact.

Will my preferred language be available?

Does acceptance guarantee a particular treatment?
